New 'Red Dead Redemption 2' Trailer Reveals Game Is A Prequel, John Marston Speaks Again

The upcoming video game Red Dead Redemption 2 is slated to be released later this year and once again allows players to journey into the harrowing Old West. For anything else on Red Dead Redemption 2 or gaming related, stay tuned to us here at Gamer Professionals. This game sees you assume the role of Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang. Rockstar only just released a new trailer for the game, meaning that it could be a little wait until it makes that gameplay footage public. Though not all of Red Dead Redemption 2's NPCs will be afraid of threats and some may pull their own guns out in retaliation. There's so much story in how the different characters get to where they are in the first Red Dead Redemption, and to a degree the player has input on it with the actions they take. John Marston and Dutch Van Der Linde will also be among the returning characters. It was largely already assumed that the game was going to be a prequel to the first one, putting emphasis on the infamous gang that the first game's protagonist was a part of. This exclusive content has yet to be detailed by Rockstar Games, but Sony could potentially share more details on it at E3 2018 in Los Angeles this June. Thus, you as the player, apparently, can impact the individual paths of the individual gang members. They mess up a robbery in the town of Blackwater, so they're on the run.
