Roseanne Barr says she 'begged' for 'Roseanne' to stay on ABC

TMZ reported that Gilbert has been calling cast members to see if they would be interested in the idea just in case ABC agrees to the new show.

TMZ reports that ABC is in talks to reboot the "Roseanne" reboot, recasting the focus on the character's adult daughter Darlene, played by producer Sara Gilbert.

Roseanne Barr says she tried to fight to keep her show on the air. "I've been up there times already, and if I didn't get one I'm not gonna get one".

Barr has been extremely distant following the firing, even cancelling a planned appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast that was scheduled for Friday. "I begged them not to cancel the show".

"He said: what were you thinking when you did this?" revealed Barr on Twitter. "I begged for people's jobs", Roseanne Barr wrote in a now-deleted tweet.

According to CNN, more than 200 people lost work when the sitcom was canceled on Tuesday (May 29) due to Barr's racist and freakish tweeting.

Chelsea shelve plans for new stadium
Due to this, it was noted that the billionaire, who recently lived in London and owns Chelsea FC, was denied prolongation of visa. It is known that the Chelsea owner has already chose to freeze the reconstruction of home stadium Stamford Bridge.

Barr was also dropped by her talent agency, ICM Partners, shortly after ABC canceled her show.

Instead, Barr reportedly spoke with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, described by THR as her "longtime friend and spiritual adviser".

The assertion that Jarrett has a connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, which she does not, also sparked intense anger on social media.

In one of her latest tweets, she seemed especially upset about Metcalf and Goodman's loss of work.

In a statement this week, ABC executives said they would not order the production of season two of the "Roseanne" reboot. Barr's been reflecting about the racist tweet she spewed at Valerie Jarrett and now regrets it saying she doesn't want Jayden to think she doesn't care for her because of her offensive and hateful words.
