DeMarcus Cousins Agrees to Deal With Golden State Warriors

DeMarcus Cousins signs one-year, $5.4 million deal with Warriors: report - NY Daily News

Getty Boogie Cousins is joining the defending champs in Golden State.

One of the most versatile and skilled offensive centers in the NBA, Cousins was in the midst of possibly the best season of his career for the New Orleans Pelicans when he tore his Achilles' against the Houston Rockets on January 26, ending his season.

Can Boogie return from an Achilles Tendon injury as the same player, much like the greatest Hawk of all time, Dominique Wilkins, did after rupturing his Achilles in the 1991-92 season? The quintet of Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Cousins have 25 combined All-Star appearances. Cousins, who has never played in a playoff game since entering the league in 2010, is expected to sit out the first few months of the regular season as he recovers from his injury.

The Warriors signed DeMarcus Cousins to an astonishingly cheap one-year, $5.3 million deal.

The news comes less than 48 hours after reports said Cousins planned to meet with New Orleans Pelicans, his old team, and the Los Angeles Lakers, for whom the big man had been considered a likely target after they missed out on Paul George.

There's only one rear camera on the new XL, however, at a time when other Android flagships are going the dual-camera route. Both variants are rumored to be manufactured by Foxconn , rather than by HTC or LG, who handled one of each previous year .

Assuming he is healthy, Cousins on the Warriors offense is downright scary.

Even before landing Cousins, the Warriors were having a solid offseason.

The Golden State Warriors saw that some people were picking the Los Angeles Lakers to win next year's championship and said, "Fine, we'll replace JaVale McGee with DeMarcus Cousins".

Cousins is entering his ninth season in the National Basketball Association after being drafted No. 5 overall by the Sacramento Kings out of the University of Kentucky. Either way, they'll be without Kawhi, and spend the majority of last season without him anyway.

Thank god Demarcus Cousins signed to GS as I was really anxious they wouldn't dominate this league with their insane roster enough as it is. Among NBA players from Alabama high schools, Cousins ranks fifth in points and fourth in rebounds, and only Hall of Famer Charles Barkley has higher career scoring and rebounding averages.
