Craig Burley issues support for Man United boss over Paul Pogba situation

Revealed: What caused training ground bust-up between Mourinho and Pogba

Mourinho wants the Manchester United board to back him over Pogba feud

Unless you have been living under a rock, you would have surely heard about the tension between Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho and World Cup Winner, Paul Pogba.

Pogba, who has a contract until 2021, claims to be happy in England, happy that he is at United at this point of his career and happy with his teammates.

Pogba returned to Manchester United for a fee of £89million.

But the France World Cup-winner is already being linked with another move and is said to be pushing to leave the Red Devils ahead of the January transfer window.

"The rehabilitation was long and hard, but I never gave up on returning to the best level".

Mourinho and Pogba were filmed exchanging words in training on Wednesday morning.

However, the supporters aren't the only ones left confused by the manager, as ESPN have revealed that even the senior players at Manchester United feel "angry and frustrated" as far as "the Special One" is concerned.

Both Klopp and Sarri have rotated their squads massively ahead of Liverpool's trip to Chelsea on Saturday in the PL. Hazard told Sky Sports , adding to Chelsea TV that the goal was up there as one of his best ever.

'Now another question is should Mourinho be getting more out of a £90m player?

'They've both been there exactly the same amount of time, two years, I think Jose Mourinho has done more than Pogba in that time.

The top officials at the Mancunian outfit are aware of this depressed mood in the dressing room, but they continue to believe that Jose can successfully turn things around and get the team back on track nonetheless, despite the equation between the manager and his players being evidently uneasy since pre-season.

"I'm not saying Mourinho is innocent, he's clearly not, but there are too many players hiding". In terms of Pogba, I don't know if he's worth the hassle for what he gives on the pitch.

Pogba tried to defend himself to Mourinho over the accusations, pointing towards Andreas Pereira and Luke Shaw who also featured in the short clip on Instagram. I can assure Man Utd fans, you won't.

'No-one plays for two years and then all of a sudden you change your manager and you're a different player. "We've see what Pogba is as a player".
