Curry was driving his black Panamera Turbo S Porsche, which is known to cost upwards of $185,000, when a silver Lexus lost control and veered into him on Highway 24 in Oakland, California. Rainy weather in the Bay Area likely contributed to the accident. First, a vehicle spun out and hit him, and then a second auto came into the fold and rear-ended him.
While the athlete's Porche was damaged, all drivers involved in the accident came out unharmed.
Stephen Curry went to the Warriors' practice facility after the accident and is fine. It was also reported that Curry was hit twice with the first auto making an improper lane change and colliding with Curry. However, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said everyone appeared be okay.
Alexa can now make Skype calls
Previously, owners of Amazon's Echo devices could only call people who also owned an Echo device or had the Alexa app. Every Alexa-enabled device will now be able to make calls with a simple voice command, such as "Alexa, Skype Mum".
Curry has not played in a game for the Warriors since a November 8 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. He was not scheduled to play in Friday night's game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
As if the bad couldn't get worse for the scuffling Warriors right about now.
In 12 games this season, the two-time NBA MVP is averaging 29.5 points per game in addition to 6.1 assists and 5 rebounds.
