The game looks awesome, and we get a feel that it is BioShock-esque retro-futuristic RPG or Fallout RPG set in space.
Obsidian have incredible pedigree when it comes to RPGs, including the likes of Fallout: New Vegas, Pillars of Eternity and South Park: The Stick of Truth. Exploring the far reaches of space, you'll encounter different factions, all of which are competing for power. "In the corporate equation for the colony, you are the unplanned variable", Obsidian wrote. Not only did we repost the event's list of winners, which came with a few surprises, but now we've got all of the new trailers, world premiere reveals, and new titles/dates announcements all together in one convenient location.
Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division presents The Outer Worlds. What we've seen of it so far looks fantastic, so we have our fingers crossed. With The Outer Worlds they're taking their craft to a whole new universe.
Bournemouth 0-4 Liverpool
Mo scored a fantastic second goal. "Whatever you do in a football game you have to finish off, and what Mo did was exceptional". Bournemouth 0-4 Liverpool: He runs onto Lallana's through ball, rounds the keeper twice, takes his time and then slots it in.
"For example, if you continuously find yourself getting into scraps with Raptidons - "vicious space dogs", as PC Gamer describes them - you'll get a pop-up allowing you to take the "Raptiphobia" perk". Everything in general looks cleaner and more polished in The Outer Worlds, as there presumably hasn't been a nuclear war and two-hundred years of rust in The Outer Worlds. That title, which arrived all the way back in 2010, was a goddamn blast, an un-put-downable RPG that delivered virtually everything I wanted out of a Fallout game. Unlike where Bethesda Studios has taken Fallout however, Obsidian is keeping The Outer Worlds as a single-player RPG.
For now, you can keep track of the game's progress by checking out its dedicated Steam store page.
