Cedric Marks escaped from custody early Sunday

According to deputies, Marks isn't wearing a shirt. Marks has three pending murder charges and was a professional MMA fighter. He managed to shed his orange jail shirt after he got away, but was reportedly still in shackles when he was last seen.

Marks had been extradited from MI after he was accused of breaking into the Temple, Texas, home of Jenna Scott, his ex-girlfriend, according to KCEN.

However, Scott and her boyfriend, Michael Swearingin were both found dead January 15 in rural Oklahoma, after being missing for a couple of weeks, KCEN-TV is reporting.

Scott requested a protective order against Marks last July accusing him of choking her unconscious twice, Temple television station KCEN reported.

A manhunt is underway for Cedric Joseph Marks, who authorities said is considered "extremely risky". He described as about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds.

Two women were arrested in MI on charges related to Marks.

Police in Bloomington, Minnesota, say Marks remains a person of interest in the 2009 disappearance of April Pease, with whom he had a child.

Maya Renee Maxwell, 26, is charged with tampering or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair, a third-degree felony. The two were involved in a fierce custody dispute in Washington state, and Pease went to live in a Bloomington women's shelter because she said she was afraid of Marks. According to an arrest affidavit, she told detectives that she drove Swearingin's vehicle to Austin in an attempt to hide it from investigators.

Law enforcement could be seen sprinting down a highway access road and swarming a Conroe Walmart.
